Hi there.

We have experienced a flat battery this evening for no apparent reason. Our current battery is an AA -2136 with a date we believe is D15. Are we still covered under warranty for a replacement/exchange or will we be required to purchase another?

Hi there,
The AA 2136 battery is a Premium battery with a 3-year warranty. The date D5 means April 2015 and so it would appear that it could still be covered. It would be best to call the battery team to find out for sure and to have the battery tested. 0800 500 222.
