We will be going away for 4 mths and leaving the car ( Honda Jazz auto 2008) in the garage. What steps should we take to ensure no problems driving the car on our return.

It would be a good idea to
Inflate the tyres slightly more (around 4 PSI) than the recommended pressure to prevent flat spots on the tyres.

Keep the fuel tank 3/4 to full as condensation occurs and the more fuel in the tank the better.

The battery will likely discharge so you could either have an auto electrician fit a battery maintenance charger to the vehicle to keep the battery charged or disconnect the battery (earth cable).

I recommend that you take the vehicle for a good service beforehand
