Hi,
My radiator tank has more water than coolant. Can I top it up with anti-freeze/anti-boil? I have a Ford Territory.

Ideally it would be best to drain and refill the complete cooling system with the correct concentration of antifreeze/ inhibitor eg 30-50% depending on manufacturers recommendation.
If it just needs a top-up, try to match the coolant type already in the vehicle in order to prevent potential mixing issues. You can get the antifreeze concentration tested at a workshop , or purchase a test kit to diy.
