I've been having problems with my car overheating. I thought it was low coolant mix so I topped that up (this wasn't the case) the thermostate was knackered and this was replaced (stil not the case) and now my car still overheats and I have now had the coolant mix leaking up into the feet area of the passenger seat. I'm hoping this won't be an expensive problem...can anybody help?

If you are having piping hot coolant entering the passenger foot well is usually a good time to take it to a mechanic for an assessment.
Model dependent the dash board may need to come out to access the heater core for replacement. this will be expensive.
