What is the reliability of a Honda Civic 1.3L (automatic) Hybrid 2007? The car has been well maintained, has done 146,000kms and has had its battery replaced about one and a half years ago. I tend to keep my cars for a long time (10 years at the very least) so I am hoping for reliability throughout this period.

The Honda Civic in general has been known as a great vehicle and fairly reliable at that. The Hybrid is a little less known, we've not had any feedback good or bad on this one.
My concern would be the battery, but as you mentioned it has been replaced, so this is a good thing. The Insight didn't review very well, so I would hope that the Civic is a bit different.
