I am looking at buying a Nissan Leaf and am wondering if a pre purchase inspection will include a testing of the battery to see how much charge it actually has. What is the battery life on these vehicles? Are there any major issues with these cars?

Our inspections currently don't include electric vehicle battery testing, this is currently a more specialised kind of test. There are self tests that would give you an indication of battery condition. We have found an interesting article that may help here: https://samholford.github.io/leafguide/
