Thinking of buying a Honda stream are there any known problems wit this car. We would like a 4 wheel drive car is this car ever 4 wheel drive

The Honda Stream is very popular, and depending on year and engine type as to the transmission type fitted, conventional or CVT (1-speed). The Stream is not often complained about which would suggest it is fairly reliable.
As for the possibility of 4wd, there might be the chance of a Japanese Import being 4wd but I would think it very rare, and possibly used in a snowy area which could mean rust issues.
