Hello there,
My car is Nissan Library 2000. 161,xxxkm
My car has some problems and already diagnosed and fix by AA motor and a tranny specialist which suggested by AA motor, but the problem still exists..
The fluid of tranny is NS-2 changed by AA motor.
The problem is, when the temperature of my car goes maybe mid-high, the tranny can not work very well.
Here's about the details when it happened :
The car feeling like stock in high gear, the speed around 0 ~ 70 goes up very slowly even the pedal goes to the floor and the rpm can't over 3500.
And sport mode and L gear don't work feeling like only D gear.
I also done a diagnosis by electrician, but the only error code is knock sensor problem (but the engine light didn't appear). And sometimes sport mode light blinking 16 times( not every time) when turn on my car.
I have no idea about my car, please help !!

This does sound very much like a transmission fault, especially if the sport light is blinking. This would indicate that there is a fault registered in the transmission electrical diagnostics system and the transmission will possibly enter a "limp home" mode. This is usually a single speed with just enough drive to get home or to a workshop for repair. It does sound like a problem that will take more than a fluid change to remedy. Sounds like another trip to a transmission specialist is in order.

Hello, btw the stepper motor also been changed, but useless.
And the only error code found by Auto electrician is knock sensor fault.
And the problem only appears when the temperature gets to mid-high.
And if it happens, keep driving in fast speed can solve the problem by cool down the temperature through air flow.
