Would these be suitable for my BMW X3 do they have good reviews?

Hi there,
Kumho are a well known brand and I've heard good things of their tyres, I see they have stores in the UK, so I imagine they would be good for the X3. My only query would be if your wheels are designed for run-flat tyres or can general tyres be fitted and if you have a spare tyre? Consumer NZ have some tyre test/ comparisons available for subscribers.
