Hi there,
I have had car inspected to buy that has been under sealed and previously not purchased a car that came back with the same thing as I could not rule out it being a car that had been in the tsunami.
The previous inspector on the car I didn't purchase said the cars that have to be sealed for compliance. Do cars that come from the tsunami allowed into nz even when have been under sealed

It is unlikely to have been involved in a tsunami , however if the vehicle was rusty it may have been sand blasted and under sealed. Check for snow tires was the vehicle may have been previously used in snowy conditions.
