Hi there, If I perform a repair to my car on a AA service center and I sell the car the next day is the warranty valid for the new owner?

Form my understanding the repair is covered as per warranty terms and conditions which is 12 months or 20.000km as per your website.
It is irrelevant if there was an owner change, so the new owner is automatically covered, unless you describe this clearly in your terms.
