Hi, I drive a subaru legacy and am about to take to to the South Island including leaving it parked in high ski field carparks during the daytime. Will I need to put anti-freeze in?

Your car should already have some level of antifreeze in the cooling system, but I recommend getting the strength tested and topped up if required. Any workshop/ auto centre should be able to check this.
