My Audi A4 2003 2.4L V6 engine has done 150,100km. when should the cam belt be replaced and how much does it cost? Cheers

According to the Autodata manual for European Audi A4, the BDV engine code 2.4 lists replacement at 180km regardless of age.
The AMM engine code is 120km regardless of age.
And the Australian Audi 2.4 BDV engine is 90km or 4 years.
Costs will be best obtained from a repairer with access to your actual vehicle details and their labour rate.
