We are looking to buy Honda Edix 2004 model, are these car worthy of buying?

Also, is there any other option for a 6 seater car with a smaller body like Edix?

Honda Edix is a good model, a very similar car would be the Honda Stream or the Toyota Wish they are of a similar size but are equipped with 7 seater, these could be worth checking out too.

Thanks Ian, I was under the impression that due to the 3 x 3 seat arrangement, Edix is shorter car than anyother that offer 6 or 7 seat option. Since this will be my wifes daily use car, especially to drop/pick up kids from narrow school streets, the car size is very important.

This reply is almost 2 years late :-) but it may still be useful for someone considering buying this model. As an Edix owner since about Oct 2016 I would say i am very satisfied with it as a safe and reliable machine that tackles the Rimutaka Hills in its sleep. It rides smoothly, handles beautifully and runs very quietly, My only other comments are that, as a 2 litre engine it does consume a bit of petrol. What I consider a design fault from a driver's ( literal) viewpoint, although probably a safety plus, is the thickness of the window pillars which sometimes block out more vision than I'd want on twisty roads.
