i was considering buying a 2005 2006 honda inspire. What are the general flaws i should be looking for? how are these cars on maintenance? my budget is $10000 and i am keen to buy from a dealer so i can avail finance. Is there any alternative to the inspire that you would suggest?. i am not looking for a very big engine. how is the fuel mileage on this car in town and on highways?

This is not a common vehicle we here about, and an import so even harder to obtain vehicle specifications.
The engine is a 3.0ltr V6, so maintenance as it ages might be slightly higher as with the fuel economy, compared to a smaller 4 cylinder.
You might want to look into a Honda Accord Euro or Civic, or even Mazda 3/Axela or 6/Atenza. I recommend you get a pre purchase inspection to ensure you are fully aware of the vehicle overall condition.
