Hi there,

Among the three of these - BMW X3 , Audi Q5 & BMW X4, which one is better in terms of
handling, performance & reliability.
Is there a major difference between the X3 & X4?

Really, your question only relates to BMW vs Audi, as the X3 and X4 are basically the same car apart from styling.
The X3 has been in the market for a lot longer than the Q5 and has earned a good reputation for reliability. BMW handling is also well regarded.
The Q5 is arguably more stylish. It's not so firm riding as the BMW and perhaps offers a softer, more comfortable ride, but the BMW probably handles a bit better as a result.
So depending on what is important to you, either of these are good.
