We are looking at buying a Mistral 4x4, 1998 with 150,000Ks.
Do these have a good name ?
Thanks

Be very careful with this vehicle.
They are renowned for major structural corrosion issues in the rear floor pan which is double skinned.
The problem is more visible around where the rear seat belt mountings are placed.
The fix is sometimes a new rear floor pan which can cost more than the vehicles value.
Land Transport New Zealand have issued technical bulletins on this due to the seriousness of the problem.
Get the vehicle checked by a panel beater if you are still keen to purchase.
The Nissan Terrano has the same potential problem.
