I am thinking of buying a 2002 Toyota Premio (Corona?) 12000 km's.

Any feed back, good or bad on this vehicle would be appreciated.

Our investigation into this particular model has uncovered some interesting feedback.

It is our understanding the engine fitted is a D-4 (direct injected) and it would appear mechanics in general don't like them.

The reasons given are based around their struggle to find any specific information such as wiring diagrams and technical data unique to this model.

It may pay to check with your regular servicing / repair garage.

If they say 'yes' then you can buy with a little more confidence, if they are unsure, then it may be wise to stay away from this particular model.
