I am looking at buying a 1991 Toyota Windom.
It has recently had a new water pump and cam belt.
Can you tell me of known faults and any other advice you deem relevant.

The Windom is the domestic Japanese version of the Lexus so the vehicle will be highly spec'd for its age.
That can represent good value for money, or it can mean there is a higher risk for things to go wrong, many of which could be expensive to repair.
One positive is, the Toyota brand has a very good reputation for reliability, so the risk factor is reduced in comparison to other high spec'd brands of similar age.
A proven past service history will always provide some peace of mind and reduce the risk of future unforeseen mechanical failures.
