Please help! We are expanding our family and need a bigger car. I am really interested in getting a 7 seater but we have a small budget only $5,000 and we need something that is economical and preferable in the mid 2000. Any suggestions! If not can you suggest a station wagon that would be great. Thank you

For the age of vehicles you are considering and the budget you have it's a big ask. However, you should consider the Mazda Premacy (7 seats), Mazda 626 or Mazda6/Atenza wagons, Nissan Wingroad with a conventional automatic transmission (non-CVT auto), Toyota Caldina or Corolla/Fielder 1.8L (non-D4D motor and non-CVT auto), Toyota Ipsum 2.4L (7 seats). But for the budget you have you will only find high mileage vehicles. I suggest that you look for an older vehicle with lower mileage.
