I am soon to sell a car on which the rego expires in may.I would like to obtain a further 3 months on this.Is it possible to reregister those extra 3 months before expiry date? many thanks Tom

Yes, this shouldn't be a problem. I'm assuming the car has a new WoF too. You will not be able to obtain additional rego if the WoF has expired.
