I'm looking at buying a 2004 3.0 litre V6 Honda inspire with 24k on the clock (new import). Being 10 years old, will the cam belt need to be done with his number of k's. Also, any known issues with this model to be wary of?

Assuming this car has the J30A1 engine with a cambelt, the replacement interval is every 100,000km or 5 years (whichever comes first), so this car is well over on time.
No known major issues, but this engine is known to be quite thirsty.
