It said it needs a cambelt replaced, so how much could you quote for a cambelt replacement on this car?,

As good as this particular example looks, it's not a model that enjoys a particularly great reputation, and $3k seems very high for any vehicle of this age and mileage. I note that the personalised plate that was put on the car 14 years ago was changed last October, so has the car been on the market since then?
Cambelts can be an issue with them and it's important that it's done by a mechanic who is familiar with this model to set the tension up correctly. At a guess, I'd say the cambelt and waterpump replacement would be around $700.
Personally, I think there are better cars around for this sort of money.
