Hi there,
Im looking for a second hand car thats affordable, affordable on gas, low KMs, safe with a good reputation.
At the moment im looking at
- Mitsubishi Galant 2008/2009
- Mazda Axela 2008/2009

Was recommended Toyota Corolla but im not sure if it will be too small for Me. I was just after your opinions above the mentioned vehicles and if you have any other suggesstions.

All of these cars may offer what you are looking for in varying degrees, so it depends what your main priorities are.
The Axela (or NZ new version, Mazda3) possibly ticks the most boxes, although it is roughly the same size as the Corolla, so if you think the Corolla is too small, the Axela may be too. Having said that, the Corolla would be a good choice too.
The Axela would be my personal preference as it is a great driver's car although is may use slightly more fuel than the Corolla.
The Galant (or NZ new version, Lancer) is possibly the more affordable of these three, but is perhaps not as well regarded as the others. It has a CVT transmission and also has quite a lot of road noise on NZ course chip open roads.
In reality, the best thing for you to do is drive all three and see which one you prefer personally.
