Hi there,
I am looking for a reliable Toyota car. Since I have a young kid so I would like a spacious car. I am looking at Raum 2005 (1.5), Spacio 2004 (1.8l) and Fielder (1.8l). As this car is going to be a lady car with minimum maintenance so what would you recommend between the 1.5 engine of Raum and the two 1.8 models above? They are all about 60,000km at $10k.

Any of these models will be fine, with one proviso - that is that as these models are all Japanese imports, check that they have a tratitional 4 speed automatic transmission and not the CVT transmission that some domestic market Japanese models had.
I think you'll find that the 1.8 litre engine models generally had the conventional transmission, but some of the 1.5s had the CVT.
So, if you choose a Toyota with either the 1.8 litre or 1.5 litre engine and the 4 speed automatic, they had a very good reputation for reliability. Perhaps the 1.8 is the slight preference as it has a little more power.
Obviously, maintenance is important, so you need to make sure you have the car serviced at regular intervals.
