Can you please guide me on to

1. What are the common problems associated with audi's and how much is the car worth for?

The car had never failed its WOF, except one when it had front suspension bush being replaced.

Transmission failures were not uncommon and could be expensive to repair, and at this mileage this car is not without risk.
The price is really open to negotiation between seller and buyer with a vehicle of this mileage and it depends which model and engine size, but as a guide, the value is probably somewhere around say $8k ish as a private sale.
