I tested out a honda civic 1.8cc and there was bit of acceleration lag, and was wondering do all Honda's have this sort of acceleration lag?

Anyone know where I might be able obtain mechanical report in ACT

It sounds like there could be a problem with the vehicle as this doesn't seem normal. You need to get this problem checked out by a mechanic. A mechanic should be able to carry out a mechanical inspection for you.
