I am looking for a new car and would like a seven seater but the usual suspects only have a lap belt in the middle of the middle row. Which seven seaters have seven proper seatbelts?

You don't mention budget or age of vehicle you are considering. Most new and late model cars have 3 point seatbelts throughout, but I'm assuming you're talking about a used car. It's really only in the recent past that mainstream Japanese car makers have been using 3 point belts in the middle, so it may not be possible to find an older car with this feature, apart from perhaps some of the European brands.
