Looking at buying the above for a restricted driver. Does this car have a good reputation, including in the clutch and gears? It is 1100cc, petrol 4 cylinder, manual, 175Km.

This was a Korean made car marketed by Ford as the Festiva in our part of the world during the '90's. The build quality was not all that great and it wasn't the safest of cars.
Consequently, it is a model that doesn't enjoy the best reputation, however this is usually reflected in the price. I guess ultimately it comes down to what you can get for your money, but there are better choices out there.
