I have my eyes set on 2004 Suzuki Aerio (81550 km). Is there anything wrong with this car? My husband thinks it's not a popular car.

In our experience, there's nothing that stands out as being problematic with this car from a reliability perspective. It was a model that was not sold new in New Zealand, so perhaps this is why your husband is of the view that it is not a popular model.
Our understanding is that it used the same running gear as the Suzuki Swift of the day, which has been a particularly popular model.
