What do I need to look out for on this vehicle. Are Daewoos reliable and easy to get parts etc

Unfortunately Daewoo product had a poor reputation for reliability. These days, parts are likely to be a problem.
Judging from the types of vehicles you have been asking about, obviously budget constraints are a key consideration, as each of these vehicles are ones which do not retain their value well, and for good reason.
Perhaps an older model mainstream Japanese model would be better cars for you to be considering. While later model Toyotas, Mazdas, Nissans etc do hold their value well, earlier ones may be within your budget and are likely to prove to be more reliable and easier to maintain than the Rover, Accord Inspire and Daewoo you have asked about recently.
Try to find a small Japanese hatch such as the Mazda Familia, Nissan Pulsar, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Starlet or similar.
