we are expecting our third child and we are wanting to buy a 7seater with the middle row of seats all having 3 point seat belts. the only vehicle which has this which I've found so far is a VW touran however these sound a dud. do you know of any Japanese cars which meet this criteria.our price range is 15-20 grand. cheers

In this price range, it may be dificult to find a 7 seater with 3 point bets in all seating positions. Generally speaking, the European manufacturers had these features ahead of the Japanese, so Japanese models are likely to be later models, and therefore out of your price range.
You may just need to make a list of priorities and decide which ones you are prepared to compromise on (ie; the vehicle model, the 7 seats all having 3 point belts or the budget).
