Hi Jack,
What are your comments about this vehicle. They look ok but how is their reliability?

From our information, the 1997 UK spec Primera was little or no different from the NZ model. Assuming this is the case, it was not a bad model at all. If it is an automatic car, it is likely to be a 4 speed auto, as opposed to the later CVT which caused problems.
The engine is likely to be chain driven, so no cambelt to worry about and generally speaking they had a good reputation for reliability.
If the car is an import from the UK, find out how long it was on the road in the UK as the climate there is prone to causing rust and corrosion problems.
