I have a Noelex 22 yacht weighing 730kg plus trailer and need to buy a vehicle that suits the needs as stated above. Launching and recovery is on concrete slipways.Boot space for outboard motor without putting seats down would be a bonus. I would also need to use this as a second vehicle for myself and my wife. We are hoping to buy something not too big as we are restricted with garage space and length? Price range up to $20,000.

Our best advice is to try and find a car that fits your needs size wise and fitted with a 2.0 litre engine.

In general a car with a 2.0 litre engine or bigger, will have a towing capacity to handle your required weight.

Your options could then be sedan or hatch.
