Hi there, any tips, tricks, advise around 1991 Nissan Figaro as I'm thinking of purchasing one for my 40th birthday. Also... advise on purchasing, price, etc? ta Gabby

The Figaro was more a special projects car for Nissan rather than a full-on production model although production was increased to meet initial demand.

A fun car with its own unique design and retro appearance. Ownership would be based more around driving something uniquely different rather than a high performance sports car.

Apparently parts are not a huge problem particularly out of the UK.

Price will be driven by demand but a rough guide would be around the $8,000 mark.

You could make contact with an owners club to ask specific questions about reliability etc.
