hi guys, i wanted to know whether the new BMW118d sportline or the peugeot 508 is better for me, can anyone help me choose between these 2 cars, - all i want is a comfortable, quiet ( no rattles from plastics esp on rough roads or the body itself) decent economy in fuel. also i have never owned a diesel car, always been petrol, but the shop ppl say that diesel cars are the future and these 2 in particular make very good diesel engines, so it would be the way to go,,,, kindly guide me guys....

They are both very good vehicles but you would need to decide which one suited your needs and lifestyle best as they are quite different in terms of size and practicality.

Quality levels are very high in both so once again it comes down to which vehicle has the personal appeal in terms of comfort and ergonomics.

If you are set on buying a Diesel and these two vehicles fit into your price range, then they are definitely worthy of consideration.
