hey guys

It's time for me to sell my good ole legacy and get a slightly more reliable car. the problem is: i don't have a clue about cars (i'm more of a road bike kinda person...)

I'm after a station wagon and would like to pay no more than $7,000 -but might be willing to go up a bit for the car of my dreams;)
Roof rails, A/C, electric windows and a tow bar would be good but can do without.

I found these three cars on trade me and really like them, what are your thoughts on them? what about prices for parts etc for each of the makes? Which one is the most reliable make?

i would appreciate any input you guys can give me on this:)

thanks

Reliability wise you would have to go for the Nissan but that opinion is based on a general comment not on the vehicles listed.

The Volvo would have to be the highest risk while the VW is definitely the most exciting.

A proven service history along with a mechanical inspection prior to purchase may help you decide.
