I am selling my 6 year old Suziki Swift Ltd and intend to buy the latest model, Sept. 2011. However, I wonder if the Kia Rio Ex hatch would be a better buy. Both the same price, but the Rio has a 5 year warranty, and also may be a better vehicle?

There is a all-new model Rio being launched to the motoring press later this week so I would definitely hold off and have a look at that. No idea of prices but I suspect it will be extremely competitive.

If you are comparing old (current) Rio with new Swift it’s the Suzuki every time for me.

Good as it maybe the current Rio is no match for the all-new Swift.
