I bought a car and I don't have a certificate of registration.
do I have to register my car by myself, or it already registered when I pick the car from the dealer?
can I drive it without certificate of registration， because it already has a plate NO. and WOF.

Hi If you are buying the vehicle from a registered dealer they will usually have the vehicle registered and warranted in most instances before you take the car away. Perhaps call the dealer to discuss this further.
