Hi dear friend,
My caravan weighed out at 1280 fully loaded at a weigh bridge. My question is what vehicles sold in NZ can safely tow my caravan...(5 or 6 fuel stars would be great:)) and please don't say a Toyota Highlander... I am totally broke and can not go on holiday with my caravan because I have a petrol one of those and have to do 100km a day to get to and from work in it. Yes my mechanic relation thought teachers were rich.... surprise surprise...NOT SO !!!!!!!!!

There are quite a number of vehicles that can tow more than 1,280kg.
A diesel may be a better option for you or a smaller 4-cyl petrol?
2012-2015 Mazda CX5 for example lists braked towing capacity of 1,800kg.
