Hi Ive been researching 4WD vehicles as Im wanting to buy one soon, Im thinking the Nissan X Trail sounds pretty reliable, big enough to camp in ,and the 2 litre sounds pretty good on fuel. I also quite like what I read about the Vitaras and Vanguards tho, Do you have any advise? The Biggest things fuel economy and ease of driving as I do abouy 90% of my driving on typical roads travelling from rural into town for work and the odd excursion off road up pretty steep country with mostly pretty rough farm tracks, doing farm duties, camping , hunting etc. Hopefully someone ca help
Thanks in advance

We would say if you were looking for an occasional off road vehicle with good space for camping the X-Trail would probably be best.
The Vitara would be economical but may lack the space it sounds like to need, and the Vanguard tends to have a pretty big engine so that may rule that one in terms of economy.
