I am surprised to see the fuel consumption is listed as ASX 7.6l per 100 ks. Outlander 6.8l per 100ks.
Same motor, ASX is lighter and smaller allround.
What are your thoughts? Does one perform better than the other?
I would appreciate an early reply as I have a dealer calling.
Or can I ring a number for an answer?

I would call the Mitsubishi technical department and investigate what the differences are perhaps the engines are different.

I think the difference is in the transmission, outlander has a new tranny whereas the ask still uses the older unit. The difference anyway is hardly worth worring about. My 2.4 engine outlander gets 8l per 100 on a trip and 10 round town cheers Tom
