Hi there,
I am looking for an ecomical (as possible) car/SUV all wheel drive/4x4 that won't break/strain too much when towing a boat on the weekends (i'd say it needs to be at least a 2.5l engine). It will also be used to run kids around (But dont need 7 seater necessarily) and daily errands so a thirsty car just isn't going to be possible for the running cost budget as we do over 15,000km a year. Is there anything that fits that description? Budget is under $30,000 and it'll be second hand.

Thanks so much

If you are going to be using it for towing occasionally it could be a bit tricky to find a vehicle that can do it all I have had a browse and I have found a few ideas in your price range.

Mazda CX5, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav 4 And Kia Sportage,.
When you go shopping ensue that the vehicles are capable of towing your load if not you may need something bigger and as such more thirsty.
