I am buying a used Suzuki Swift. It has had 1 owner and I am buying from the original dealership Bayswater Suzuki in Napier.

The vehicle is going for a pre-purchase inspection at the AA Napier test centre but I want to know if I should also get a history check done as well? Or do I not need to bother as I am buying from original dealership that sold it new?

It all depends on how much information you want to find out however, you are covered a bit more when buying from a dealer. They must have clear title to sell a car, which also means no finance owing.
