Wanted to check if buying 2012 Honda Fit , 23000 kms run with CVT automatic transmission is a good deal or car with cvt would not be a right idea

CVT's are now a pretty common transmission to be fitted in a lot of cars these days. The Honda Fit pre 2010 received a lot of complaints of shuddering, with varying possible causes and repair methods given. I've not heard if the problems have followed the newer models and we've not received complaints to suggest continued problems.
As long as the servicing is carried out correctly and at the right schedules, there should really reason for problems. The operation of the CVT is something people either love or loathe.
