I am currently filling out a vehicle disputes tribunal form and need to provide proof of ownership. I have the sales agreement but was not given a receipt from the cheque my mother payed into the car sales companies account. Is there any other evidence i need or should i get a bank statement from her showing the transaction?

The only proof of vehicle ownership is when the money changes hands and a sales contract and receipt is produced.
