I am in the market to by a used semi-luxury car and i would like to know what would be the best option in my price range of $2000 - $4000

This is a tough segment to access within this price point.
The car would most likely be European, and maybe you could look at the Audi A4, or a BMW 3 series. However these cars may have high km's and require a bit of maintaining during ownership.
