I'm looking at buying a Toyota Isis platana. Is the 1800cc engine the 4 speed gear box and the CVT in the 2 litre engine. I don't like or want a CVT.

I can't see the exact specs for this car, but it would seem similar to the Wish where the 2.0ltr FSE engine comes only with CVT and the 1.8ltr has the 4-speed conventional A/T.
However it would still pay to just double check when you test drive as to which type it is.
The 1.8 conventional transmission is the better more reliable combination of the two.
