I have a pre-purchase inspection booked in for today (sunday) and need to confirm the time - but all of the #'s i ring tell me that it is out of hours. Who can i contact to confirm this? Also, how long does it take for a pre-purchase inspection?

The pre-purchase phones are closed off on Sundays as a skeleton mobile inspection staff operate in Auckland only for confirmed bookings.

If you make a pre purchase inspection booking on-line, you will receive immediate confirmation on time and date which you can refer back to if required. Unfortunately, if you made the booking by phone and not written down your agreed appointment time, there is no way to make contact with the pre purchase staff on Sundays.

You should allow up to one and a half hours for the inspection.
