Hi there, I am looking at 2008-2011 mazda atenza vs equivalent 6 models on trade me. Atenzas tend to have quite a few lower K's when comparing price to nz new 6 models but with lesser safety features. My question is do I buy a late model low k import atenza or an older high mileage nz new 6? The 6 seem to have better safety features than import so lower ks and higher spec vs family safety and older model

If you are buying a family saloon we would always recommend getting the safest car that you can afford, Being NZ New may also mean you may have access to service records for the vehicle.
There is nothing wrong with the Japanese Atenza version but having fewer safety features and no service history could be a factor to consider even if it means spending a little more.
